EXPERIMENT STUDY ON THE STINGER ROLLER LOAD

摘要: 托管架托辊荷载是深水S型铺管中管道分析和托管架设计的主要荷载。管道大变形、托辊高度分布不均匀、船体运动等因素使托辊荷载的解析和数值求解都非常困难,而常规的水池实验也因缩比太大难以保证实验精度。该文基于dSPACE仿真平台设计了模拟海底管道S型铺设的半实物仿真实验系统,开展了中大比尺托管架与管道之间相互作用的模型实验研究。将静力实验结果与数值结果进行对比,吻合良好,在此基础上研究了托辊荷载的分布规律。通过对比托辊动力荷载和静力荷载,进一步分析了深水铺管作业过程中船体运动对托辊动力荷载的影响。Abstract: The stinger roller load is the main force during the analysis of the pipeline and the design of the stinger, but it is difficult to get the exact results through the regular calculation or experiment methods because of the nonlinear and random factors. The study on the roller load based on the hard-in-the-loop simulation experiment is carried out at the State Key Laboratory of Structural Analysis for Industrial Equipment. The roller load is directly measured by this system. The static force comparison between experiment and calculated one is made, and the results agree well with the calculated one. The dynamic reaction force between a stinger and a pipe may cause the fatigue and the increase of the stress of ship structures.
