THE SHEAR BEARING CAPACITY OF STEEL FRAME-CONCRETE LATERAL-RESISTANCE-WALL FABRICATED STRUCTURES

Abstract
A steel frame-concrete lateral-force-resisting-wall fabricated structure is a kind of typical double lateral force-resisting fabricated system, the concrete lateral force-resisting wall is the first line of seismic defense for the structural system, and the steel frame is the second line of seismic defense. In order to research the mechanical performance and shear bearing capacity of the structure, the force-transferring mechanism based on synergistic effect between a steel frame and concrete lateral force-resisting wall was proposed on the base of experimental studies, and the mechanical performance of concrete lateral force-resisting wall was analyzed. The simplified calculation models at every loading stage were suggested and the formulas of shear bearing capacity were derived, which has good reliability compared with experimental results.
